Recipient:
Personal data will be passed on for the purpose of providing our website, in particular to the following data recipients: Hosting service providers, data center operators, email marketing and tracking service providers. You will find further information below.

Google Analytics

Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (provider of Google Analytics), https://www.google.de/intl/de/analytics/

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus to analyze a user’s activities across devices.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, by activating IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is first shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide us with further services related to website and internet use.

An analysis of your usage behaviour by means of Google Analytics is only carried out with your express consent (opt-in). You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by clicking on the appropriate link in the cookie banner. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thus offers a legal assurance of compliance with European data protection law. The current certificate can be viewed here: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active.

Data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted on a monthly basis.

You can also prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

More detailed information on this is available in the terms of use and the
data protection statement of Google.

Google Tag Manager

Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (provider of the Google Tag Manager), https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/

For reasons of transparency we would like to point out that we use the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager functions without cookies and does not collect any personal data itself. The Tag Manager makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. Tags are small code elements that are used, among other things, to measure traffic and visitor behavior, to measure the impact of online advertising and social channels, to set up remarketing and targeting, and to test and optimize websites. We use the tools described in this data protection statement for this purpose. If you have disabled it, it will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with this Tag Manager.

Further information about the Google Tag Manager is available at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Google Ads

Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (provider of Google Ads), https://www.doubleclickbygoogle.com/de/

We use Google Ads, a service of Google Inc. Google Ads uses cookies to deliver user-based advertisements. The cookies recognise which ad has already been placed in your browser and whether you have visited a website via a placed advertisement.

We show you advertisements tailored to your interests only after your express consent (opt-in). You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by clicking on the appropriate link in the cookie banner. The legal basis for the use of Google Ads is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thus offers a legal assurance of compliance with European data protection law. The current certificate can be viewed here: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active.

More detailed information on this is available in the terms of use and the
data protection statement of Google.

Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure the privacy of our website, Google Maps is disabled when you first enter our website. A direct connection to the Google servers is only established when you activate Google Maps yourself (consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). This prevents your data from being transmitted to Google when you first enter the site.

After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address. This is then usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer after Google Maps has been activated.

You can find more information on the handling of user data in the Google data protection statement: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
